Billing Terms
- Billing cycle
- Monthly. The first charge sets your billing date; subsequent charges occur on the same day each month.
- Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Your payment method will be charged continuously until you cancel.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. Service remains available until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.
- Refunds
- As a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds. Please review the Terms of Service for details.
- Payment methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
- Currency
- Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen and include 10% Japanese consumption tax. International customers are charged in JPY; your bank may apply a foreign-exchange conversion.
